CentPerWord will keep all the files for 14 days. The user/client is obligated to download the delivered files within that timeframe. CentPerWord will not be responsible for files that haven’t been downloaded by the user/client within that timeframe.
Revision and Refund Policies
The satisfaction of our clients/users is our top priority.
Refund Policy
In the case a user/client wishes us to grant a refund:
- If CentPerWord has not started working on one’s order yet, one will receive a 100% refund immediately.
- If CentPerWord has already started working on one’s order, it won’t be possible to issue a refund for work in progress. However, CentPerWord will issue a refund for any other pending projects. For instance, if one ordered 6 articles and CentPerWord writers have already written 2 of them but have not started working on the remaining 4 yet, CentPerWord can issue a full refund for the 4 remaining articles.
- In case the written articles or any other product or service have already been delivered to the user/client, the following rules will always apply:
Upon the receival of the articles, they cannot be returned. CentPerWord does not offer any refund for delivered outputs and services; however, CentPerWord has an outstanding revision policy.
All the products and services of CentPerWord are non-tangible goods and there is no physical shipping.
SEO services, as well as Copywriting Services, are not refundable.
Revision Policy
If the final outcome of the product(s) that one has received from CentPerWord does not match what the website (www.centperword.com) outlines, or as discussed in the written communication between CentPerWord and the user/client, CentPerWord will make revisions to the product provided. If CentPerWord is not able to deliver or make the revisions to the satisfaction of the user/client, and only in agreement with CentPerWord, the user/client will receive a 100% refund for the parts that CentPerWord could not deliver or revise to one’s satisfaction.
CentPerWord will allow unlimited revisions for any content provided within a time period of 14 days after content delivery.
CentPerWord will allow one revision for the following services: Copywriting and Cover Letter.
Requests for a refund or revision must be issued in writing to CentPerWord (using the contact form) and received within 24 hours after delivery. When a refund is issued, the user/client must agree, in writing, that he/she will not use the articles for which one has received a refund for any reason whatsoever and that one will eliminate all files containing the article or those which were given to the user/client by CentPerWord and are related to the article. This is subject to all vendor copyright laws.
CentPerWord will keep all the files for 14 days. The user/client is obligated to download the delivered files within that timeframe. CentPerWord will not be responsible for files that haven’t been downloaded by the user/client within that timeframe.
Any misuse of this policy as determined at the sole discretion of CentPerWord may lead to a denial of a refund.
